Financing Options for Home Remodeling in Arkansas and North Texas
Making Your Remodeling Project Work for Your Budget
A home remodeling project is one of the most significant investments you can make — and for a lot of homeowners, the biggest question isn't what they want to do, it's how to make the budget work. Financing can be a practical way to move forward on a project without having to wait until every dollar is saved up.
Ford Construction offers financing options for qualifying residential remodeling projects in Arkansas and North Texas through GreenSky — a financing program designed specifically for home improvement projects. Whether you're planning a kitchen remodel, a bathroom renovation, a home addition, a deck, or a larger whole-home project, financing options may be available for your project.
Here's what you need to know about how it works and how to ask about it.
How Financing Works With Ford Construction
Talk Through Your Project First
Financing starts with a conversation about your project — not a form. We discuss your project scope, your goals, and your budget first. Understanding what you need and what the project involves is the first step before anything else happens.
We Send You a Financing Invitation
After we've talked through your project and it makes sense to explore financing, Ford sends you a GreenSky financing invitation directly. The invitation goes to you personally — you are not filling out a public form or applying through a third-party website on your own.
You Review Your Financing Options
Once you receive the invitation, you review the financing options available through your GreenSky invitation and proceed from there. GreenSky handles everything on the lending side independently — Ford is not involved in the lending or approval decision.
We Get to Work
Once financing is in place and your project scope is confirmed, we get to work. From that point forward, everything runs the same way as any other Ford Construction project — clear communication, quality workmanship, and personal accountability throughout.

Financing availability is subject to GreenSky's qualification and approval process. Not every project or applicant will qualify. We'll be upfront with you about what financing options may be available for your specific project during our initial conversation.
A Few Things Worth Knowing Before You Ask About Financing
List of Services
-
We Discuss the Project First
Financing is not the starting point of a conversation with Ford — your project is. We talk through what you need, what makes sense for your home, and what the project would involve before financing comes up. This is intentional — a project that isn't the right fit for your home isn't made better by financing it.
-
There Is No Public Application
There is no public financing application on this website. Financing options through GreenSky work by invitation — Ford sends you the invitation after we've talked through your project. This is how our process works — conversation first, invitation second.
-
GreenSky Handles the Lending
Ford Construction is not a lender. We work with GreenSky to make financing options available for qualifying projects — but GreenSky makes all lending and approval decisions independently. Ford is not involved in the financing approval process.
